Our Returns & Exchanges Promise
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unplanted, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Bulbs and bedding plants (due to perishable nature)
- Houseplants (to prevent cross-contamination)
- Fruit & Vegetable plants (for biosecurity reasons)
- Opened garden power tools (for safety compliance)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your gardening products:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our London address (provided in your return approval email) using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days of arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: Will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item within 3 business days of receiving your return.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
